Fasting during Ramadan can improve one's health, but only if it is done properly. But fasting based incorrectly, can cause great harm to your health. As Ramadan approaches, we offer you a wide range of nutrition tips to follow. Learn to eat healthy at breakfast and Suhur and ensure adequate nutrition. Follow these tips to make some changes in your lifestyle and get the best results this Ramadan.

1. Healthy breakfast comes along with customs and traditions: At breakfast, take a glass of water and two tarts and then a snack with a warm pot of soup, salad and main course. Of course moderation is the key to health !!!

2. Start breakfast with warm soup to rest the stomach after a long day of fasting, and to enable the body to acquire fluids and help the digestive system to endure for these blessed meals.

9. If you suffer from headaches or dizziness due to low blood sugar levels during the fasting period, you should eat at breakfast 2-3 tablets pass that will help you renew blood sugar levels.

10. Desserts are delicious in Ramadan and difficult to resist. Avoid consuming too many calories, and always try to control your pleasures and moderation !!!
